Tickets in Hand

Thank you for pr@ying for Father's provision!! I think each student would shout a loud "Thank you!" to our Father and some may even do a little praise jig as they experienced His hand work on their behalf. He continues to provide every single thing we need to follow Him and walk where He leads us. With tickets in hand, we continue the preparation process as a team, as individuals, and as servants in the harvest. Thanks for bending your knees on our behalf!

Focused Prayer

The time is coming quickly for us to purchase tickets for the college mission team to Mali. We ask you to join us in a time of focused pr@yer for the next five days. He alone knows the best way for us travel to Mali. He alone knows how much we need to purchase tickets. He alone knows the exact dates He has planned for us to join Him there. Pr@y for Him to guide us, provide for us, and to empower us to do ALL that He has plan. Pr@y for Father to direct the travel agent we work with to His exact plan and provision for us. Pr@y for each student as he or she seeks to raise the money needed to serve Father with their lives.

Fears and Faith

The College team continues to prepare spiritually, physically, and emotionally to join Father in the work He is doing among the Samogho and the P@n@. We have spent a week learning about what it take to build a team and a week focusing on the importance of spiritual preparation. We are currently learning about spiritual warfare and the battles we face as we walk in obedience to what Father has invited us to do. Please pray for the team as we grow and understand more about the enemies we face and the battles that rage to keep us from being obedient to what Father has asked of us. We each have fears that require Father to turn them into faith. Fears only become faith as we are strong and courageous in our "followship" of J.s.s. Pr@y for us to recognize the schemes and tricks of our enemies and to be strong and courageous to fight against each one. Pr@y for us to not waiver in our faith!

Foundation of Faithfulness--Father's Radio

Many of you have been pr@ying and supporting the development of Radio Kantigiya in the frontier area of Mali. I received word that the foundation for Father's Radio is being prepared and built up. Celebrate and give praise to Father for His faithfulness to do what He says He will do. He began this radio station and He continues to work to fulfill His plans and purposes. Please pr@y for those working on it. Ask Father to give them wisdom, strength, and protection as they work to prepare the way for Father's faithfulness to be proclaimed to the many peoples that live in this region of Mali. Radio Kantigiya will provide access to Father's story so that many peoples will know about J.s.s and the salvation that comes through faith in Him.

He hears...He's answering...Keep seeking

Thank you for your fervent pr@yers for the transportation needs of the college team going to Mali! Our Father hears us when we seek Him, He answers on our behalf, and He longs for us to seek Him more as we discover His faithfulness!!
We sought Father's perspective and purposes, and He began working even before the decision was final. I received an email from someone who committed to help support this team with some of the transportation needs. Father was assuring me that He was at work to provide. Then the decision came. With wisdom and discernment, we were not approved to drive a second vehicle for this team. Today by Father's goodness and faithfulness, He has made it possible for us to rent a truck from the organization with whom we are partnering. The cost will be considerably less so we are praising Father for His hands at work!
Please continue to pr@y and seek His provision for the driver we need for the truck! You are great supporters and we appreciate your bended knees!!

Fervently Pray

Faithful Prayer Network,
We are full force into our preparation with the College Mission Team coming to Mali in June. They began this week working through their preparation assignments and focusing their hearts, minds, and spirits on becoming harvest seekers. Please fervently pray for each of us by name each day. The members of the team are Abby, Catherine, Eli, Shelby, Monica, Lori P, and Lori S.

Fervent prayer is also needed for a critical provision for this team. Please pray for God's will and plan about our transportation needs. We are asking God for approval for Monica or Lori S to be able to drive a second vehicle for this team. If this is not God's will or plan, please pray for the financial provision to rent a vehicle and driver to help transport this team around Mali. These students are seeking to follow God and have placed themselves in a position of surrender so that God can speak to them and guide them into His plan for their future. Pray for those who know them and love them to come alongside them and support them.

Thank you for being our support...those to whom we can come and know you will bow with us for God's wisdom, direction, and provision! Thanks for allowing Him to use you as the foundation of this ministry. Don't forget to check out the blog and follow all that God is doing!

Building the Team

Serving as a team requires oneness of heart, mind, and purpose both with the Father and with one another. That unity begins on this side of the ocean long before the team ever sets foot among the people they are going to serve. Trust and openness makes the way clear for each team member to be who Father created them to be and allows each one to use his or her gifts to accomplish the purposes of them team. During the training, we learn that the life experiences, gifts, talents, and passions of each team member have been specifically chosen by Father to create the team He needs to serve His purpose. Please pray especially for the college team who will be serving in Mali in June/July. This team is consists of 7 people from 7 different cities. Please pray for the unity and development of this team. Please pray for the leadership to have wisdom and discernment as we facilitate the building of this team!
